Since its establishment in 1984, Nikko Kaisan Co., Ltd. has been dedicated to delivering the delicious flavors of Toyama Bay, focusing primarily on Japanese glass shrimp (shiro-ebi) and firefly squid (hotaru-ika) to customers nationwide and overseas.
"Kito-Kito" is a Toyama dialect expression meaning "fresh". We continuously strive for excellence, not only in creating tastier products but also in ensuring that our offerings are safe and fresh for our customers to enjoy.
