We are a bridge between fishermen and consumers, and bring KITOKITO* fish from Toyama Bay to the rest of the world.
Since its establishment in 1984, Nikko Kaisan Co., Ltd. has been delivering the "delicacies of Toyama Bay," mainly Japanese glass shrimp and firefly squid, throughout Japan. We will continue to improve our products to make them not only more delicious, but also fresher and safer.

Firefly squid, known as the " Mystery of Toyama Bay," come to the shores of Toyama Bay from March to May to spawn. We process the fresh firefly squid while they are in season and deliver the seasonal taste to you throughout the year.
